You are walking along a narrow dirt road. You have absolutely no idea how you got there, but there are towering maple trees and... are those fireflies? All around you, so you can't see anything. You are scared. Soon, you come to a fork in the path! On the [[left]], there appears to be no more trees - you'd finally be able to see! If you go [[straight]], there is a strange buzzing noise- and the rest is enveloped in a weird steam. If you go [[right]], there is an alien golden light emanating from that path. You don't know why, but you feel like you have traveled far, far away from your cozy home...//You don't know how you got here - you only remember a pleasant golden feeling. It's as if all the wind has been drained out from you.// Do you want to [[Try to continue as you are]] or [[Give up]]You go straight and you are immediately enveloped in hundreds of thousands of BEES! You can't see anything but bees, as the rest is covered in steam!! Oh no. You realize that you're suddenly wearing a beekeeper suit! Whoopee! Do you want to [[run past the bees]] or [[stay among the bees]]? The golden light continues to grow stronger and more blinding. You wonder how to extinguish it! Through all that light, you see a [[lit torch]] and a [[light switch]]. Which one will you extinguish first?Do you want to go [[right]] or [[straight]]? You give up and you stay here forever. It is rather pleasant in here, after all, but you don't remember your former life. It's a bit lonely. //The end.//You run past the bees, but they follow you!! Wow! What's going on? You begin to get scared. What if thye somehow break through your beekeeper suit? You know that's impossible, but you're getting so many worry thoughts suddenly. After a while, you run into another fork! If you go on [[Road #1]], there is a bridge. You can't see across the bridge. On [[Road #2]], there is fog hanging over everywhere. Which do you choose? The bees are everywhere, and they seem to be //multiplying!// How is that possible?!? You don't know, but you need to get out of here. You know this isn't what you were supposed to do. [[run past the bees]] You try to extinguish the torch - but there's nothing to extinguish it with! Why didn't you think of that??? The fire is rapidly getting bigger - soon it will expand the limits of the torch. Do you want to [[drop the torch and run away]] or [[keep holding the torch and try to put the flame out]]The light switch turns right off - but now you have no light! Suddenly, you remember how, at your home (if your home is still in existence, that is) the light switch had a little dial that you could slide up or down to change the amount of brightness. You wonder if there's another switch that has that feature. Do you want to [[look for another switch with the dial feature]] or leave the light switch and check out the [[lit torch]]?On Road #1, there is a bridge. You run across it, and you realize it's over some really peaceful waters! You also notice the bees have stopped following you. Suddenly, a gruff voice interrupts you. "WHO DARES WALK ON MY BRIDGE?!?!" It is a troll, and he looks just like a fairy tale creature - like the troll in //The Three Billy Goats Gruff.// But he's not very happy with you. Do you choose to [[walk past him off the bridge]] or [[try to tell him that you mean no harm]]?Unfortunately, it's just as foggy as it looked on this path. You try to see clearer, but it's impossible! You know you can keep going through the fog, but it'll be hard - and a little creepy - without any way of knowing where you are! Now, you have a decision to make: Do you want to [[keep going through the fog]] or go to [[Road #1]]? "''Silly human!''" The troll cries. "''You didn't //really// think you'd get away from me //that// easily, did you?''" You jump and realize the troll has followed you off the bridge! He is now running after you with a net! Do you want to [[Try and escape]] or [[try to tell him that you mean no harm]]? "//Please,// Mr. Troll! You beg. "Let me go! I mean no harm. I'm just passing through. I don't know where I am." The troll drops his menacing demeanor and stops in his tracks. "''What do you //MEAN//, you don't know where you are?''" He questions. "''You're where everybody else is! Where else //exists//?''" You hesitate. You really don't want to anger this troll even further, but you also long to know where you are! Do you want to [[ask this troll where you are]] or [[keep bargaining with him]]? You run as fast as you can away from the net. You run so fast, your heart feels like it could burst from the energy being taken away from your body. Poor heart. It's working too hard... but you ''//MUST//'' get away from this net!! You can feel it in every cell of your body. The troll is fast, though... maybe you could just... take a little rest, and if you get caught in the net, you might be able to escape? Do you want to [[keep running]] or [[stop and let yourself get caught]]?You drop the torch - and instantly find yourself lost again. You want to check out the light switch. It seems like the only choice. [[light switch]] You try to put it out - but the light just keeps getting stronger, until it is the size of the room. It's so hot, you can't breathe. Your only choice is to attempt an escape and go on one of the other paths! You escape, but now you are lost - which path should you go on? Do you want to go [[left]] or [[straight]]? You hunt the walls of the strange room (as soon as you noticed the light switch, you realized you are in a room) and mostly, the walls are bare. But finally, just as you were about to give up, you spot another light switch. And, feeling around with your hands, you can see that this one has a dial! You switch it on and that golden light fills the room again. You quickly turn the dial down to halfway. It's still too bright so you turn it down to a quarter of its former brightness. Finally, you can see! The light is just bright enough to look around, and just dim enough so that the light isn't blinding. It's perfect! Shielding your eyes, you gasp. On the floor of the room are two treasure chests - and two keys next to them! One ches is large and red and has a sign on it that says, "''CAUTION: DO //NOT// OPEN THIS CHEST.''" in big, black bubble letters, and the other one is a nice golden yellow and says, "''This is the right chest!''" in shimmery, rainbow cursive. Do you want to open the [[highly suspicious chest]] or the [[sunshiney happy chest]]? You keep running... and running... and running... until you are sure that you can't recognize your surroundings. In fact, this place is so different, it looks as surreal and beautiful as another planet... wait it IS another planet... Do you want to [[investigate the other planet]] or [[go back the way you came]]?You get caught in the net. You try pleading with the troll to let you go, but he won't listen, let alone let you out. You stay here for an eternity. //The end//"But... I still don't understand, sir," you explain. "I promise, I'm not from here." The troll raises his big, bushy eyebrows. "''You really aren't, are you...''" he mutters, almost to himself. "Yeah, that's me," you reply. "Not from anywhere near here... at least, I think." The troll looks at you skeptically. "''What do you MEAN, you //think//?''" he thunders. You flinch. He really is making this hard for you, isn't he? Why can't he just go with the flow?!?! "I mean... I don't know where I am. That's why I asked you. And by the way... what should I call you? Mr. Troll is surely not fitting." The troll nods. "''Not fitting... of course...''" he murmurs, again as if to himself. "''Well, I suppose you could call me Blade.''" //Blade?// you wonder for a moment. //Sounds a little menacing.// But you have made up your mind to trust him. After all, he seems nice enough. "Well, Blade, tell me once and for all: //WHERE AM I?!?!//" Suddenly, Blade disappears and in his place is a middle-aged woman with short, curly black hair and stormy eyes. "Child, you must take another path. If you [[keep running]] instead of bargaining with Blade, and go the right path after that, you will not regret it and you'll meet me! Trust me! She disappears and Blade is left in his place, bewildered and dizzy. You can do what she said and keep running, or [[don't trust this strange lady]]. "PLEASE, MR. TROLL! I MEAN NO HARM!" You shout, but it's no use; the troll will not listen to you. He ties you up and leaves you to //''DIE''// under the bridge. //The end.//You turn the key and open the highly suspicious chest. Inside is a diary. It looks half as old as time! You wonder if you should pick it up... it could all be a trap; after all, you //did// have your doubts about this chest. You are pretty sure that was to get you to think of it as suspicious, but you're smart. You didn't fall for it. At least, you think you didn't. This is all still so new to you. You have no idea what happened to your home! You feel a sob climb up your throat. You try to push it down, but the tears spill out anyways. You fall to your knees and cry like the shame you feel like. //No,// says a small voice deep inside of you, //Don't give up now. You //can't//. You know you should believe that little voice. You stand up and dust yourself off. What are you doing? You need to find a way out of here. The only way to do that is to find out what to do with these chests. Do you want to [[open the diary]] or check out the [[sunshiney happy chest]]?The chest explodes. Oops, try again. //The end.//You keep pushing through the fog - it's so weird when you can't see anything but gray! - but eventually, you get lost and you lose your sense of direction. You become drastically dizzy and you lie down to rest. //I'll only rest for a little bit,// you tell yourself, but you sleep for a very, very long time. When you wake up, you don't know where you are. You can feel a warm blanket draped over you, but you don't know where it came from. Do you want to [[go back to sleep]] or [[explore this new place]]? You sleep forever. //The end.//As soon as you sit up, the voice of an old woman says, //Shhh. Go back to sleep, child.// You look around. You don't see anyone! "Wh-who are you?" you stutter. The voice laughs. It is gentle, the voice, and it makes you drowsy, but you force yourself to pay attention. //I am the Keeper of Lost Children, sweetheart.// she replies. //Nothing to worry about while you're here. You will find that your dreams are the only comfort you need, in this pleasant place. Go back to sleep, child...// Do you want to [[go back to sleep]] or [[keep listening to the Keeper]]//Ahhh, I see you are not as easily tricked as some! That is good. You know, you can know more about me if you retrace your steps and go straight, in the very beginning... or you could let me tell you instead...// Do you want to go [[right]] or just [[keep on listening to the Keeper]]The diary has a strange glow to it when you open it. You feel like you have to be delicate with its pages. When you are finally done admiring it, you take at what it has to say. Here are the words on the first page: //If you are reading this, congratulations. You have made it this far on the Paths of Fate. You are also wondering how you got here, and what the Paths of Fate even are. You have probably also cried at least once on your journey as well. You must not fear! For in this journal, you will find instructions for the rest of this path. On the wall of this room there is a door-// a door suddenly materializes on the wall, much to your amazement - //And you will be able to go through that door shortly. I ask only that you finish reading what I have to say. Before we go into that, please note that if you had chosen any of the other Paths, you would have gotten to this information eventually anyways, if, of course, you had shown the clever intuition that you have on this Path. So, you do not have to express your relief on not having gone on one of the other Paths. I know you are wondering who I could possibly be.// How does she know who I am? //you wonder. That is completely understandable. I am the Keeper of Lost Children, and you would have encountered me had you gone on path two in the beginning (and shown your cleverness there). Maybe you did, actually. I have summoned you because I summon all creatures at some point in their lives. Most of those creatures I do not put on the Paths. But you are special. You are a child. All children get to go on the Paths. It is a test of their intuition, of their strength. You, so far, have used that strength. But your test is not over. When you [[step into the door on the wall]], worse things than you have encountered will await you. That is, if you do not choose carefully and cleverly, as I am sure you will. Good luck, child. I am counting on you!//As soon as you step in here, you can feel a kind of black energy buzzing from it. And it doesn't even lead to another room! It just leads into a kind of a dark universe version of the woods you... maybe you could say spawned in... at the beginnng of all this mayhem. You don't like it here, but the Keeper said to go in these woods, so you'll do it for her. You don't know why, but you trust this mysterious Keeper - even though you've never even seen her face. Oh, you don't know. You're probably wayyyy off and the Keeper is a ferocious three-headed demon, but you're still just trying to work your way through this mess. You sigh and keep walking; you can only hope you'll eventually come to a fork in the path, but there's no way of knowing. When you finally DO get to a fork in the path, it's so dark you can't see a thing. A cat slinks over to you... "Hello, human," mews the cat. "I am Luna. I offer you my night vision so that you can see in the dark. If you decline I will humbly accept it." Do you want to [[accept Luna's night vision]] or [[decline Luna's night vision]]?It is so beautiful, 😇 your breath is completely taken away. You can't breathe - but only in a metaphorical sense, don't worry. The planet's stars are as clear as the sun, and the Milky way stretches through the sky like a giant, unreachable portal. You wonder how to get back home... Do you want to [[further explore this paradise]] or [[try and find shelter to settle down somewhere]]You go back - but you are blinded by a beaming light. No, I mean literally blinded. You stumble onto your knees, and a wave of deep sadness washes over you. You've failed; you can feel it. You've ''//FAILED.//'' People were counting on you - you don't know it, but you can feel it - and you failed them. //The end.//You want me to tell you? Very well, then. Here's a the first page of my diary, which you would have discovered if you had gone [[right]]. You can stil go there now, you know. //If you are reading this, congratulations. You have made it this far on the Paths of Fate. You are also wondering how you got here, and what the Paths of Fate even are. You have probably also cried at least once on your journey as well. I am counting on you!// //Well, that's the page. You do not need to go through the door in the wall now, as your parallel self is doing that at this particular moment. But now, you can choose to [[go back to sleep]] and never wake up, you know. That's one choice. Or you can choose to [[step into the door on the wall]], if you really wish to go there, even though another you is doing that currently. Or, you can stay here, and live with me if you want. I have waffles. You can also choose to travel the earth with me! So many wonders yet to be explores. [[Stay here and live with the Keeper]] or [[Travel the world with the Keeper]]You stay with the Keeper and have a nice life eating waffles and watching movies. She makes an excellent immortal grandmother. //The end// You travel the world with the Keeper! She is the most loving, kind adventure partner and you are glad you chose this. You travel to Africa, Guatemala, and a strange planet (in the Paths universe) you've never seen before. The Keeper says that you would have found that on another path, but not to worry about it now. You're family by now, and there's no reason to doubt her. You live happily with her. //The end.// You accept, and Luna mews happily to you. "Many thanks, human! I believe it will be helpful to you on your journey!" and she prowls away. Now, you can see! You are overjoyed. For a few seconds you had thought that the whole Luna thing was a trap; now you can see that it isn't. Here there is a fork in the path, you now know: you can either go on [[Path #1]] which leads to some sort of... tropical island, [[Path #2]], which appears to lead to a hellish nightmare (yikes!), or [[Path #3]], which seems to lead to a cozy log cabin in the woods. You decline her night vision - you don't trust that cat - and you end up wandering around in the night forever. You become infamous to all the path-takers as //The Wanderer.// You like your fancy title but you are very lonely, wandering forever. //The end//You run around through the galactic forests all day, calling for other signs of life. Just when you can't take the loneliness anymore, you come to a small, bustling village. You call out to the villagers. "Hello!" You say. "I just arrived here!" you say to a pretty, pre-teen girl with wavy, auburn hair and green eyes. She runs away, eyes wide with fear, and goes back to her mother. Of course. Stranger danger. You try a middle-aged woman: "Hello there, I'm new to this village. Do you mind telling me where I can find shelter?" the woman blinks. She seems nice. She has short, curly black hair that's graying at the edges, but her stormy eyes are bright and full of life. She looks like somebody who's always ready for an adventure. "Where are your parents, child?" she asks kindly. "Surely you're not here all alone?" You look up to the ever-shifting, beauteous sky. You should've come prepared; of course the villagers would ask you where you come from. Do you want to [[ask the woman what planet you're on]] or [[lie and say your parents are over in the nearest shop]]You walk around the place and eventually come to a sheltered tent with a welcome mat in front of it. It seems like a friendly place... and you're //starving.// You haven't eaten in hours. You wish you'd picked up some of those berries you glimpsed on a tree earlier. They had looked juicy but you'd only glimpsed them. As you step inside the tent, it immediately seems to grow 3 times larger than the outside, before your eyes! You can't believe it. It reminds you of a scene in //Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.// There are no people here right now, but there is some food and a note saying: //Welcome! If you have just arrived here, this is the Wanderer's Tent, the place to go when there's nowhere to go. If you want, you can check out the nearby village. They have some resources. But if you'd like to stay here, here are some things you should know: Make sure that if you are going to take fruit from the fruit bowl, you must take no more, no less than 3 peaches, half a pineapple, two apples, and a clementine. Make sure that if you choose to stay overnight, you make a reservation on our reservation form right next to this letter. If you are going to take a snack, make sure to take no more than 1 Nature Valley bar or Welch's Fruit Snacks, flavor of your choice. If you are going to have a meal, please take only one Meal Pack labeled "''LUNCH,''" "''BREAKFAST,''" or "''DINNER.''" Have fun! Do you want to [[make a reservation to stay overnight]], [[grab some food]], or [[leave this tent]]?"What //planet// we're on?" the woman blinks again. She seems to be enjoying herself. "We're on planet Skeeple, of course! What other planet is there?" [["Drop your act, lady!"]] [["Earth, of course!"]]"Uh... uh... they're in that shop over there!" You frantically point to what looks like... a toy store. //Oops.// She'll never believe you. //The end.//You wade through the shallow waters to the tropical island, and you catch a glimpse of a seagull flying overhead. Actually, it's a giant seagull, big enough to ride! You could choose to [[ride the seagull]] or [[pick some nearby fruit to give you energy]]. Hellish nightmare it is! You climb down some charred, blazing cliffs and somehow make it to the bottom. How you did that you don't know, but you're willing to let it go if it means staying alive. When you get to the bottom of the cliffs, there are two statues: a [[devil]] and an [[angel]]. Which one do you go up to?You enter the cabin - it appears cozy and peaceful. You're glad you came here. You're really, really happy to finally be in a peaceful place. Suddenly, 3 more doors - do they EVER end?- appear out of LITERALLY NOWHERE on the wall. You can go through [[Door Number One]], which is rectangular, black, and orderly, [[Door Number Two]], which is run-down and messy, or [[Door Number Three]], which just looks like... well... an ordinary door. Which do you choose?"I don't trust you," you say. "you appeared out of nowhere and I don't like you." the woman's brow crinkles. "Oh." she says, disappointedly. "I see." She disappears into a cloud of purple smoke and Blade is back, ready to capture you with a net. //The end.//You sign the reservation form and take one of the sleeping bags arranged in the back. You are suddenly soooo tired... Better get some rest... When you wake up you are stranded in a desert. Suddenly, you wake up again and you're back in the tent. Phew! Just a dream. But when you REALLY wake up, you are back where you started... WAY back in the beginning. It's this madness all over again... Do you want to go [[left]], [[right]] or [[straight]]? Now that you know what some of them lead to, you can maybe navigate them better. You grab some food and snack away. You are content. Do you want to [[get the amount of food the note said to do]] or [[make your own measurements]]? You leave - but can't find your way from there. //The end.//You climb on the seagull's back - he seems happy to host you. He rides you all the way to a whole other planet! You are happy to be on the planet. The seagull drops you off in the middle of an open plain. Do you want to [[investigate the other planet]] or [[go back the way you came]]?You pick the fruit... and instantly fall into a deep, deep sleep. //Yawn...// //The end.// You eat the exact amounts that you were told to eat. You don't know exactly //why,// but you're OK with that. Eventually, a teenager enters the tent. She blinks when she spots you. "Oh, hey!" she exclaims. "Have you made a reservation?" Do you want to [[say no]] or [[lie]]You make your own measurements - and promptly die of too much pineapple. R.I.P., you. //The end.//"Yes, I did." you tell her - you don't know if you're allowed to eat food without making a reservation, and you don't want to take any chances. But the teenager narrows her eyes. "You know, you're not fooling anyone," she replies, almost sarcastically. She then kicks you out of the tent. You don't know how she knew - maybe she could tell you were lying. You do have nervous tells sometimes. But now you've been kicked out. //The end.//The woman throws up her hands and grins. "Okay, I give in. You got me. We //are// on planet Skeeple, though. But I know of earth. I dream of traveling it one day..." she gets a dreamy expression on her face, and then snaps out of it. "Well then, what brings you to this town? You from there?" [["From... earth, you mean?"]] "Earth?" she asks. "Oh. I remember earth. My mother loves earth..." she suddenly drops into a daze and you leave her there. You don't know what to do so you run into the woods, and get lost. //The end.//"Yes, from earth!" she is growing a bit impatient now. You would NOT want to anger her. "Where else would I be talking about?!?!" You shake your head. "I... I don't know. This is all still new to me." the lady nods in agreement. "Ahh yes. Well, I am the daughter of the Keeper of Lost Children, and she's the one that organizes the Paths of Fate - the maze you've been stuck in - not me. But I can help you get out of here! I don't always love my mother's ways, and I can tell neither do you." [[Go home!]] [[Say no thanks.]]"No, not yet," you tell her. "Was I supposed to?" you're nervous. You don't know the ways of this place yet- and it seems like you have yet to impress anyone. "No, not unless you intend to stay. Do you?" [[make a reservation to stay overnight]] [["No, thanks."]]"Then where will you go?" [["Well, I was hoping you could tell me that."]]"ME? Tell YOU that? No way!" She gets so angry she explodes. Whoops! Evil demon fire beast alert!!! //The end.//You go home and live happily ever after with your regular family, living a regular life. //The end.//She gets super super angry. "No, huh? HUH?!?!" She blasts a staff into your elbow and you //''DIE.//'' //The end.//The devil comes alive and kills you. //The end.//The angel tells you, "Answer my riddle and you shall pass!" [["Sure!"]] Decide you're not good with riddles and go to the [[devil]] statue. The riddle is: What does man love more than life, hate more than death or mortal strife; that which contented men desire; the poor have, the rich require; the miser spends, the spendthrift saves, and all men carry to their graves? [["Everything!"]] [["Nothing!"]] [["Something!"]]WRONG! TRY AGAIN!! //The end.//CORRECT! YOU GET TO PASS!!! [[Go on the dark path]] [[Go on the light path]]WRONG! TRY AGAIN!! //The end.//You cannot see on the dark path - it's just too DARK. Oops... //The end.//You go on the light path! It's super fun and there is a bounce house! Do you want to [[bounce on the bouncy house]] or [[swim in the nearby pool]]You bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce!!!! It eventually gets boring and you call it a night. //The end.//You swim around and go underwater with the goggles that came out of nowhere! Wow, creepy! You wonder where they came from. You decide to be OK with it wherever they came from. You swim to the bottom of the pool and come across 4 underwater doors: One that says "''FIRE''", one that says [["''EARTH''"]], one that says [["''WATER''"]], one that says [["''FIRE''"]], and one that says [["''WIND''"]]. Which path do you take? You fall through the earth and hit the bottom of the universe. //The end.//You keep swimming in the water - it only seems natural. Then you come to a shark and an octopus. The [[shark]] is trying to eat you and the [[octopus]] is trying to ink you. Which do you fend off first? You get swept away by the wind. //The end.//You burn down like a log. //The end.//You fend off the shark - but get blinded by the octopus's ink! You drown. //The end.//You fend off the octopus and the shark tries to bite you - but then you realize it's toothless! Haha. It's so cute, too. You decide to keep it and name him "Sharkitude." You and Sharky have fun adventures under the sea... Do you want to [[stay with Sharky]] or [[Go home!]] You stay with him and have a great time underseas. No more octopi or anything for you! The Keeper watches over you. //The end.//This door is clean and orderly on the outside - but a hot mess on the inside. You can't see over all this junk... boxes and trophies and old clothes and clunky laptops. You trip over an old fashioned bicycle and fall on the floor. //The end.//This door is completely run down on the outside- but clean and crystal clear on the inside! You are so happy you can SEE now - but what is there to see? You look around. Besides a perfectly clean room, you don't see anything of interest. Do you want to [[keep looking]] or [[give up now]]?Door number three is as ordinary on the inside as it is on the outside. Nothing to see here!! //The end.//You keep looking - and find a trapdoor in the floor! [[Go through the trapdoor]] or decide it's too dangerous and [[give up now]] You give up and you die in the room. You can't find your way back because everything's so clean and normal. //The end.//You go through the trap door - and two loud voices greet you. One of them is deep and menacing, and the other is soft and lilting. They both say, "Go through my door!" There is a black door and a white door. Do you want to [[go through the black door]] or [[go through the white door]]?Through the black door, there is total silence. The room is foggy and you find yourself growing sleepy - but you don't fall asleep. "Why?!?!" you wonder aloud. "Why aren't I falling asleep?!?!" The menacing voice answers you. "That, my young friend, is just a side effect of going through this door... of leaving the safe confines of the Trapdoor Room. If you want, right now, you can escape here, live happily and [[go through the white door]]. That would make things a whole lot easier." If you are stubborn... if you want to brave the dangers of the Black Room, you are welcome to. Just be warned... we won't make it easy for you here." Now, you have five choices here - more than you've ever had on this adventure. Four of them will lead to instant death. Oh, I forgot to mention - that's how it works here; all but one of your choices will always lead to death. And there will be five of those tests. So, the five choices are: [[go through another trapdoor]], [[go through a purple door]], [[go through a red door]], [[go through a hole in the ceiling]], or [[go through the window]].You live happily with the angels. YAY! HAPPINESS!!! //The end.//You go through the trapdoor and it leads into a dark basement, where a living evil kraken strangles you alive. //The end.//You go through the merry-looking, peaceful purple door and everything turns BLOOD RED. Wait - you realize that's just your eyes! They're spattered in blood. You fall on the floor and die. This door, while it initially looks threatening, is THE ONE!!!! WHOOPEE!!!! You're so happy you could scream, and that's what you do. How do you know it's the one? Well, there are pillows, a couch, a bean bag, and a fluffy armchair and a big sign that says, "YOU DID IT! YOU SOLVED THE FIRST TEST!!!" and you realize you've solved it! You've done it! But there's more to come, you realize with a sinking heart. More to come... The other choices are, you can either [[pick up a red pen]], [[pick up a white pen]], or [[pick up a black pen]].You go through the hole - and immediately fall right to the floor, breaking every bone in your body at least twice and you die. (No hospitals.) //The end.//You go through the window - and promptly fall out of it. //The end.//You pick up the red pen and it EXPLODES AND YOU DIE OF FRIGHT!!! //The end.//This is the one! You can tell because you DON'T DIE WHEN YOU TOUCH IT, YAY!!! You write your name on a piece of paper, and it teleports you to another Choice Room. The choices are: [[read a black book]], [[read an orange book]], and [[read a white book]].The black pen disappears and YOU DO TOO AND YOU FORGET YOUR NAME AND ALL ABOUT YOU. YIKES. //The end.//You pick up the black book and it sucks you inside it like a black hole! Ohhh, you get it now: black HOLE. Black BOOK. You die in the black book-hole. //The end.//You pick up the orange book, but the bright neon orange burns your eyes and your soul! Did I mention it has neon pink polka dots? OUCH! //The end.//You read the white book - and it works! It gently teleports you to a room where there are 4 ladders leading to 4 windows. Do you want to go through the [[round window]], the [[square window]], the [[rhombus-shaped window]], or the [[triangle window]]?You go through the round window and everything's black and you're falling! You fall into darkness and die of no food, and water after 3 days. //The end.//You get through the square window and razor-sharp, poison-dipped spikes flay you alive! //The end.//You go through the rhombus-shaped window and it works! It transports you to your FINAL TEST: a sweet little garden. Sweat drips down your face. This is it! Your final test! You've made it this far... do you have what it takes to continue??? You can either [[pick a strawberry]], [[pick a blueberry]], or [[pick a raspberry]]. Which do you choose? The triangle window shapes YOU into a triangle and then takes out your organs one by one! Ouch!!! //The end.//It's poisonous and you die!!! //The end.//The blueberry puts you into a deeeeeep, fitful sleep that neverrrrr endsss... //The end.//You pick the raspberry and it WORKS!!! It teleports you to a celebration party with happiness and love and light. Finally, you can go home... Well, after the party, of course. //The last end... Happily this time.//
